Patients are paying for the time and expertise of the medical provider, and not a specific outcome.

There are no refunds for our appointments. Once you meet with our providers, we cannot undo the appointment.

This policy is in place to ensure that our medical providers are able to provide quality care to all patients.

If you are not satisfied with your telemedicine visit, please contact our office to discuss your concerns.

We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
